Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee that your plant will arrive alive and in healthy condition. Every order is carefully inspected, securely packaged, and shipped to help ensure a safe journey to its new home.
If your plant arrives with significant damage, severe shipping stress, or does not survive transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the plant
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Returns
Because we sell live plants, we generally cannot accept returns simply due to a change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect plant selection. This helps protect the health of our inventory and our customers.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us—we’re always happy to help find a fair solution.
Shipping Responsibility
After your order leaves our greenhouse, shipping carriers are responsible for delivery times. While we package every plant with care, delays caused by weather, holidays, or the shipping carrier are outside of our control.
Please bring your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery. Live plants should never be left in extreme heat, freezing temperatures, or direct sunlight inside a shipping box.
